A new begining

Wow I feel so high tech!  I just merged my blogs from gradschool and undergrad and well starting to blog again.  What's the blog gonna be about?  Me of course and interesting information I find or stories.  God has been doing so much in my life lately I feel inclined to share.  I will probably throw out some fitness advice and a recipe or 2.  All thinks that I love.
