God provides

God is so good!!! It has been 2 weeks since I mailed my first round of support letters and I have already received 1/4 of the total support that I need. He really does provide!

I first heard that Athletes in Action took athletic trainers on tours about a year and a half ago. This immediately interested me because it is in my line of work. A staff member here at WSU strongly encouraged me to to apply this summer, but I was having my doubts about how I would financially make it over the summer in regards to finding a job that would allow me to be gone so much and where I could be able to pay my rent. Well, I had the application filled out and Brian told me to go for it. God then proved that He would provide for me. At ASU I work with the swim team and therefore spend a lot of time at the pool. I was chatting with the guy (who happens to be WSU alum) who is the pool facility manager and I happened to mention that I was a lifeguard. It turns out that he was currently hiring and immediately offered me a job. This was the day I turned in my application too. I now work a couple hours a week and will still have this job over the summer. These are the ways that He provides.
