Almost there!

Oh where has the time gone?!?! School has been out for a few weeks now and I am heading back to Washington in the morning. There are 24 days before I head to Ohio for training camp. Remember us in your prayers as the trip approaches. I know many of the girls still have a lot of support to raise. Fortunatly, I am very close to my goal, but hopefully I will go over and can help some of them out. Pray also for travel safety and also that God will do great things through us.

46 days and counting

I love count downs! 6 days until my last class of my first year of graduate school...it's gone so fast! 23 days until I fly back to WA for Kelly's bachelorette party which means 37 days to the actual wedding and 38 days til I'll be back in Tempe sweating!

Sometimes knowing something exciting happening does not set in until final plans are set in place. Today I booked my ticket to Ohio where my team will meet up and train before we leave. Now it feels real! Be praying that as we approach departure for travel safety. I do not know the exact itinerary for the trip, but I do know that everyone is reporting to Xenia, OH for training June 18. I will be going on the 17th. We leave June 24 for Tel Aviv. We will be working with Campus Crusade for Christ in country staff while we are there and will be hosting some volleyball clinics. Some of our stops will include Jerusalem and Nazareth! I am truly excited for this trip and the opportunity.

As far as support raising goes, I have $560 left to raise. God has blessed me so much in this area. Pray that I will finish raising my support and the the other girls will raise theirs too because I know that some of them are already behind the groups goals.
